First Aid

CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) is a life-saving technique used when someone’s breathing or heartbeat has stopped. It involves giving chest compressions and sometimes rescue breaths to keep oxygenated blood flowing to the brain and other vital organs until professional help arrives.

 

AED (Automated External Defibrillator) is a portable medical device that can analyze the heart’s rhythm and, if needed, deliver an electric shock to help restore a normal heartbeat in someone experiencing sudden cardiac arrest
